Sabine Leffler is Rapidan’s Chief Operating Officer and has served in this role since 2021. She supports the day-to-day operations and works closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies to ensure Rapidan Energy Group meets its goals and objectives. Additionally, she oversees operations, HR and accounting to ascertain that processes and procedures are efficient and to improve client service.

Sabine brings extensive managerial experience from her role as Office Manager at the Washington office of Tudor Investment Corporation where she worked from 1997 to 2007. Prior to that she was a Program Coordinator for the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Washington, DC, where she organized visitor programs for German officials with American think tanks and non-profit organizations. Sabine received her B.A. in Linguistics from the Université de Provence, Aix-en-Provence, France and her Masters in economic translation from the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Germersheim, Germany.
